These Magnetic Finishers are available in different sizes so one is sure to suit your needs. All are built and engineered to the highest quality standards. Put the power of magnetic finishers to work for you! Magnetic finishing remains today’s state-of-the-art method to finish non-ferrous metals that have a high degree of intricacy with medias (stainless steel pins) as small as 0.30mm in diameter and 0.25mm in length. This method of finishing was first introduced to the jewelry industry with tremendous success for processing precious metals. Magnets embedded in a cast disc constantly change polarity, creating a centrifugal action in the media allowing your finisher to access recesses, channels, undercuts and other confined areas where other conventional methods/medias can't. Soft non-ferrous metals can be burnished in as little as half an hour, ensuring quicker turnaround time and improved productivity. If your pieces have large, smooth or flat surfaces, the finish will appear frosted or have a satin-finish look. A replacement Bowl & Cover is also available (8520344), see related items.

Tech Tips:
Important! Under no circumstances should the pins be stored in the bowl on the machine. Doing so will cause the pins to magnetize, resulting in over-magnetizing of pins, thus lessening their effectiveness.
