Until now, available waxes were too brittle and easily broke or chipped when milled into thin sections. Possessing both high ductility and toughness, Wolf Milling Wax can be milled into the thinnest of cross sections with the most intricate details and minimal tool path residue. Wax patterns clean-up easily and burn out completely without ash residue.
When finished, wax models produced from Wolf Milling Wax exhibit a goldish tone that is both easily read and helpful in visualizing how the finished piece will look when cast.
Each tube measures 6" long with 5/8" diameter finger hole. Melting temperature: 240°F (115.6°C). Also available in slices, see "Related Products" below.
