Carbide Circular Saw 231F is a specialty tool used in pave setting. After preparing the holes for the gems that are to be pave set using first a carbide twist drill 4205S, next the corresponding Busch® round bur 1AU, then a clean cross-wise cut is made in the spaces with the circular saw. Only the chatons remain for the final setting of the gems. Chose between the two available sizes, this one, the 231F which is 0.2 and we also offer 231FL which is 0.3mm.  Select whichever is appropriate for your design. The special serration of this circular saw gives the material a bright shiny surface on the bottom of the cut for all precious metals, titanium and steel. Recommend speed is 7,5000 - 30,000rpm.
