All Busch® AU style carbide burs have precision-cut edges, so they cut more aggressively and are longer lasting than standard carbide. Well suited for use on hard metals (such as platinum, white gold, titanium, and steel). These burs are perfectly shaped to prepare your jewelry for pavé setting. After drilling it is necessary to make a clean cross cut with a Busch® 231 F/FL Circular Saw (sold separately). Choose the saw thickness (0.2mm - 0.3mm) to cut the desired notches for the stones. 3/32" (2.38mm) shank. Made in Germany.
