The NTAH-2 (Now That's A Hammer!) is a sharp double cross peen texturing hammer. Both ends measure 14mm but one is very sharp and the other end is more rounded. The marks obtained on slightly domed metal, will look like engraved lines. The thicknesses of the lines vary depending on the end used and the force of each hammer blow. The base of the handle features a 22mm beveled flat stake.  Hold the handle in a vise to use the base in this manner.  The handle of the NTAH series hammers is designed to serve as a wire-bending jig when held appropriately in a vise.  Fretz casts their NTAH hammers from 420 stainless steel and tool hardens them to 50 HRC. Made in Vietnam.
