The HMR-111M is designed to raise and planish concave shapes. Head is 3.6" long. Has two rounded faces: one is 20mm x 22mm the other is 20mm x 21mm (measurements are approximate). Recommended for use with the Fretz M-122 (814-1176) or M-123 (814-1177) concave stakes - sold separately. The HMR-111M, medium weight hammer features two shallow curved faces.  These working surfaces make it well suited for wire texturing. The hammer is applied to the outside of the metal, forcing it onto your chosen stake or other form.  Fretz casts their hammer heads from 420 stainless steel and tool hardens them to 50 HRC. The handles are made from oiled hardwood shaped and weighted to balance the head perfectly. Made in Vietnam.
