The Protospeed trays are made of a composite material that allow for fast printing (fast peeling) and long-lasting durability. Each tray is capable of handling over 800 jobs, though the exact number may vary based on the layers of exposure used.  To ensure your tray performs well for 800+ jobs, handle it with care. Avoid damaging the glass and top layer, and do not use sharp objects. Follow all cleaning and washing instructions.

You will know when you need to replace the tray if either side of the tray is scratched or damaged in any way. This can result from debris left in the tray or if it has been cleaned with hard/sharp objects.  Also, if the tray shows inconsistent weights after printing, that will indicate a replacement is needed.
