Product Description
The Cascade Separator is a very useful accessory to the KG 100 Automatic Flask Unbedding and Cast Cleaning Machine as it conveniently nestles completely under the KG100 and serves as a rectangular catch for the water and residue to help keep the residue from entering your waste pipes. Of course, you will still have to remove the powder residue from the separator. There are a few options. The easiest one is laying a wet resistant yet sturdy towel (not included) on the bottom of the first chamber. When the chamber is full, remove the towel containing the powder residues and shake the wet powders into a separate container (not included) for drying and eventually disposal. Could also use a membrane pump for automatically pumping out the powder residues to a separate container (all not included).
