The GP-G10S is a 1st step electro polisher designed for large production capacity of silver.
The GP-G10S can handle a high volume of work, processing up to 66 pieces taking between one to two hours depending on the size, density and complexity of those pieces.
This model is based on the First Step Energy system which uses particles as a catalyst for the chemical process. This process achieves uniform polish on the outside of pieces needed after casting. Electro polishing respects your design by not rounding edges, leaving the textures the way you intended and uniformly polishing your pieces. This galvanic process uses plastic particles as a catalyst for the chemical reaction. You can include pieces which have stones and enamels since these will not conduct electricity and thus will not be touched, unlike mechanical tumbling.
Includes a simple controller, keypad and two screens allowing the operator to save specific parameter settings for each alloy, saving time and creating consistency. Made in Spain.
