The EN-442-6 2nd step polisher is designed to handle a large production capacity of white, red and yellow gold jewelry from 9 to 22 karat.
EN-442-6 sports two baths and can process up to 66 pieces taking between one to two hours depending on the size, density and complexity of those pieces. We suggest the EN-44 (8522040) if you routinely require less capacity. Â
This model is based on the 2nd Step Energy system which uses small particles (up to 0.3mm in diameter) as a catalyst for the chemical process as well as a proprietary solution and brush technology (6 brushes). This process allows you to achieve a high, uniform polish even on difficult to access interiors.Â
Includes a simple controller, keypad and two screens allowing the operator to save specific parameter settings for each alloy, saving time and creating consistency.  Made in Spain. Â
