Our Diemaker Stones are a versatile general-purpose finishing solution for toolmakers, die polishers, and mold finishers. They’re engineered for precision polishing on mold and tool steels of all hardness levels, including A2, D2, S7, H13, P20, and 420SS, as well as soft non-ferrous metals like aluminum and beryllium.

• Made with brown aluminum oxide, a tough, blocky, and a faceted abrasive grit that provides consistent cutting action.
  
• Generally used wet but can be used dry for roughing applications.
• Available in a variety of shapes and sizes, including Hybrid (half-square/half-round) for added versatility.
• Ideal for polishing cavities, contours, and fine details in dies, molds, and precision tooling.
