Product Description
The HMR-417 is a small hammer with one rounded (21mm diameter) face for tapping chasing punches into lighter-gauge sheet metal and a 9mm diameter ball peen end for texturing and riveting. Part of the Precisionsmith line, these hammers are designed for detailed tasks and made to the exacting standards of all Fretz hammers. Heads are cast from 420 stainless steel and hardened to 50 HRC. Handles are made from oiled hardwood and are shaped and weighted to balance the head perfectly. Made in Vietnam.Â
