The HMR-404 is a lightweight embossing hammer with two round ball peen faces (one 8mm and the other 10mm) that can raise forms and create shimmering textures. Part of the Precisionsmith line, these hammers are designed for detailed tasks and made to the exacting standards of all Fretz hammers.  Heads are cast from 420 stainless steel and hardened to 50 HRC.  Handles are made from oiled hardwood and are shaped and weighted to balance the head perfectly.  Made in Vietnam.
