The HMR-302 stretching hammer is a large, heavy, hammer designed to shape, thin, and extend heavy-gauge metal by striking it repeatedly. The cross peen head of the HMR-302 helps you move heavy gauge metals, while its narrower faces allow you to stretch metal in tight curves. Part of the 300 series, these hammers are the largest hammers Fretz makes.  Their heavy 420 stainless-steel heads are tool hardened to 50 HRC.  Paired with oiled hardwood handles which are shaped and weighted perfectly to give you maximum control, blow after blow.  Made in Vietnam.
