The HMR-20 has a 31mm, flat round face designed to hammer chasing punches into heavy-gauge metal and a 13mm, half ball for peening and riveting. This heavy hammer is great on thicker gauge metals.  If you’re working with medium-gauge metal, see the Fretz HMR-20M which has the same face sizes but is is lighter so easier to use on thinner metals. Fretz casts their hammer heads from 420 stainless steel and tool hardens them to 50 HRC. The handles are made from oiled hardwood shaped and weighted to balance the head perfectly. Made in Vietnam.
