The ENESKA LFC-11 compressed air reciprocating filer machine is designed to work inside the ENESKApostprocess machines. The pneumatic, 6,000-12,000 strokes/minute handpiece plugs into a port inside the closed confines providing the ultimate in safety for the operator. Often used for support removal in the additive area, this versatile unit is also ideal for grinding, filing, polishing, cutting, sawing and also deburring larger areas. A continuously adjustable stroke length (between 2mm and 11mm) enables this device to be effectively used for both coarse and fine work. Holds 4mm diameter tools.

Safety Recommendations for Reciprocating Filers:
Prolonged use of vibrating or reciprocating tools may result in vibration-induced circulation problems in the hands. Always follow safe operating procedures. Using hand protection (i.e., insulated gloves) and taking frequent breaks can help minimize but not guarantee against injury. Operating these types of tools in cold weather or with a tight grip will reduce the period of operation before risking potential injury. Individuals with a tendency to suffer from poor circulation, frequently cold fingers or itchy hands should closely monitor the condition of their hands. If symptoms appear, seek medical advice immediately.
